The best way to cool wine is to put the bottle in ice and water for ten minutes. This wine cooler is the perfect vessel for this. Wine sometimes needs to be gently warmed too. If you want to warm a bottle, a splash of tepid water in this wine cooler will be just the trick. Just be careful not to serve your reds too warm. Centrally heated room temperature is too much and you will need to chill the wine slightly. Also, be careful not to over-chill white wines, especially if they're dry. You'll hide their flavour.
