This group of designs continues the elegant floral theme for which Lorca has become well-known. Referred to informally as 'silk embroideries' they are, in fact, jacquards with rayon forming the floral patterns on pure silk grounds. These designs are sampled as hangers or carrés (USA flat samples).

Nirvana is the state of absolute blessedness in the Buddhist religion or absorption into Brahman in Hinduism. Orchids are again the central motif with swirling blooms of pink on a cream or lime ground.
