We now deliver internationally! All orders must be paid for in full prior to delivery.
Deliveries are made by Royal Mail and Courier Service between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday - Friday. Free UK Delivery applies on all orders over £85 (Excluding Furniture Orders, Paint and Osborne and Little products where a delivery charge is required).
Delivery will normally be within 3-5 working days from order (excluding any special orders) on all mainland UK orders. If any products are out of stock you will be notified at the earliest opportunity. PLEASE NOTE - A signature will be required to confirm receipt of certain deliveries.
UK DELIVERY
Postage and Packing for all UK (mainland only, does not include Northern Ireland) are recorded delivery and performed through Royal Mail and Courier services where applicable.
CLICK & COLLECT
This service is available for all of the items we sell, simply select CLICK & COLLECT in the postage options during the checkout process and when your items are ready for collection from our Barn Showroom in Oxfordshire we will contact you.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
For all orders/deliveries outside mainland UK including the EU and worldwide, shipping/delivery costs will be calculated automatically at the shopping cart stage. However we can arrange for a bespoke quote for international shipping costs to apply to your specific order. FREE DELIVERY
On all UK orders over £85 excluding large furniture orders, Paint and Osborne and Little products where a deliver charge will be displayed in your basket. The free delivery offer will be applied automatically to qualifying baskets at the checkout. If your order does not qualify you will receive an email asking for the appropriate shipping costs (which must be paid in full) prior to any order being fulfilled. Alternatively a refund will be made where applicable if the free delivery has not been applied to your qualifying basket.
