Arctic was born out of a passion for the wonders of the natural environment and the fine art of creating a home. The brand combines these two areas by harmoniously linking the natural and the luxurious. Through the use of natural fibres and traditional processes, Arctic places emphasis not only on traditional handicraft skills and materials but also the tradition of family. The fabrics in the collection are mostly woven in small family run mills, whilst the fish leather is produced in a small fishing village near the Arctic Circle. These smaller enterprises are able to work more harmoniously within the natural environment and carry the Arctic philosophy through to the final product. Through the use of high quality raw materials, respectful processes and meticulous crafting, Arctic products are imbued with a quality of simple yet refined style.
