Great efficiency - I ordered "geranium rose" by mistake meaning to purchase "white rose" soaps. I emailed straight away, hoping this would be picked up before despatch. I was delighted to open my box and find that the order had been changed to "white rose". I shall certainly shop on line with you again, the whole experience was speedy, highly efficient and customer friendly. Many thanks from a happy customer in North Somerset!

Many thanks - soaps arrived safely yesterday. Also, thank you for noting my email, changing my order from "geranium" rose to "white" rose. I'm delighted to say the white rose soaps arrived, as requested.

THIS IS AN EXCELLENT WEB-SITE WITH NONE OF THE USUAL FRUSTRATIONS.THERE IS A WONDERFUL CHOICE OF PRODUCTS AND THE DELIVERY WAS REMARKABLY SWIFT. I WAS ONLY SORRY THAT AT THE STAGE OF ORDERING, I WAS NOT ORGANISED ENOUGH TO HAVE MADE A DECISION ABOUT MY NEXT ORDER AND THEREBY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE SPRING OFFER.
